LeMer is the creation of Karen & Coleman Hookaylo. Karen who was born and raised in Jamaica always knew she wanted to retire and find a way to share her beautiful homeland with others.
When Karen and Coleman, both attorneys from Hilton Head South Carolina, retired to Jamaica three years ago and purchased the land that Le Mer currently sits on. They took a couple of run down buildings and overgrown landscaping and turned it into the perfect getaway.
